Hello, and welcome to NickCentric.com. I have a lot of websites devoted to me... be it a strange and relatively non-existent ego, or just (and much more likely) a strong desire to make art and display it for the world to see, I have created these websites all about Nick and for all things related to Nick. That's me... Nick Steglich. I am not afraid to admit it or let the world know who I am. In fact, that's my goal. I WANT the world to know who I am. I want the world to know the name, Nick J. Steglich. And this is the best way to do it. Or, at least, the easiest.

So, like I said, there are many other websites I have published about myself, but they have all been a means to try and sell myself as an employee - like, "Hey! You should hire Nick Steglich cuz he's the bomb and makes some sweet artwork." Well... that's all well and good, but I want a site that is just me and my thoughts. I want a place where I can sift through the piles and piles of artwork, music, poetry, and other loves of my life and put them all together. My ultimate collection of my most favorite things in life. And yes, I do love my artwork... I am not a Bohemian artist. I am not one of those self-loathing artists who hate everything they do because it is their only means of expressing themselves. I LOVE to make cool, fun, funny, and totally random things. I love it because I am relatively good at it and it brings me a sense of satisfaction that not much else has. And I like to share it with the world because many people have told me that they enjoy it immensely. Not least of all of these people is Pearl, the girl of my dreams who has been an admirer of my artwork for a little while and always manages to inspire something new from me, or provide me with some material to build on, or, in this case - give me a name. NickCentric. How perfect. I am a fairly eccentric kinda guy. And, well... no one had ever put the two together until Pearl. So she is the reason for all of this. Other than that - this is me. This is my no-holds-barred, think what you will, cross-section/dissection/insurrection of the artist currently known as Nick J. Steglich. Some material on this site might be offensive, and if that's not what you are looking for - go to www.nicksteglich.com for the professional standpoint. I will never mean to offend in anything that I do, but I do have strong opinions of things and I am rarely afraid to elaborate on them... Some of my artwork is racey and crass, so just skip over it if that kind of thing bothers you. Again - this is me, all me and with no apologies.

So come on in and learn a bit about me that hasn't been shared before. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
